About The GET F.A.S.T Certification
The GET FAST Speed Coaching Certification was born from a simple observation: sprinting is a fundamental athletic skill, yet most coaches receive little to no formal training in how to teach it. After decades of combined experience producing state champions and training athletes from elementary school to the NFL, our team recognized a critical gap in coaching education. Speed development was either treated as something athletes naturally possess or relegated to motivational drills without systematic instruction.
This certification represents the culmination of the largest research study ever conducted on elite speed coaching pedagogy—surveying 106 top coaches across the world—combined with over 30 years of on-the-ground coaching expertise. We designed GET FAST to fill the void left by traditional physical education curricula and expensive subscription-based training systems. Our mission is straightforward: equip every coach with the pedagogical tools, technical frameworks, and practical confidence to systematically teach speed to any athlete in any sport, without dependence on external resources or guesswork. This is speed coaching that empowers coaches to be self-sufficient, evidence-based practitioners who can transform their athletes' performance from day one.
